SANDY, Utah — Credit union core processor Computer Marketing Corp. has completed its third decade in the business.

CMC (www.cmcflex.com) also is the largest and oldest core processor in the credit union industry that has not changed ownership since its inception, the company said.

The company was formed in February 1978 by Fred Holcomb, who partnered with a Salt Lake City-area credit union to build an in-house processing solution on an IBM midrange system.
