WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Passageways LLC has signed a deal with CU*Answers that makes the Passageways Corporate Portal Framework the default communications portal for the Michigan CUSO's 120 employees and 130 credit union clients.

The portal modules will allow CU*Answers to securely exchange financial information within the organization and in shared communications with credit unions using its various solutions, including core processing, online banking, bill pay and voice response.

“CU*Answers and Passageways have worked together to jointly construct a medium for credit unions to effectively collaborate internally and with their industry associates,” said Randy Karnes, CEO of CU*Answers in Grand Rapids, Mich.

West Lafayette-based Passageways began in 2002 as a tech CUSO of Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union. Its portal framework enables financial institutions to collaboratively manage documents, Web sites and other corporate knowledge bases.
