GTE Federal Credit Union, Tampa, Fla., announced the promotion of Craig Collins to vice president of audit and compliance. Collins joined GTE FCU in 1996 as manager of internal audit and was promoted to director of internal audit in 2002.
Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, Texas, announced that Monica Chairez will be manager of its new service center at the Rim Shopping Center at 1604 and IH-10. Previously, Chairez was branch manager of the Rolling Oaks Mall location.
El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union, El Paso, Texas, announced that Ken Walters has been named the new executive vice president. Previously, Walters was CEO of Chino Federal Credit Union in Silver City, New Mexico.

Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union, West Lafayette, Ind., announced the promotion of Gail Koehler to executive vice president. Koehler joined PEFCU in 1991 and also serves as president and chief operation officer of CU Channels, LLC, PEFCU's Credit Union Services Organization, as well as Passageways LLC, a software company in which PEFCU has invested.
