NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — NACUSO is seeking nominees for its 2008 CUSO Collaboration and Innovation Award.

The award will be judged using the following criteria: a clear description of how the nominated organization and the collaborative model brought value to the industry, their owners, and credit union members; thought leadership and critical thinking; value created through the use of collaboration; innovation in organizational design; implementation and execution; results, outcomes and performance. Self-nominations will be accepted.

"NACUSO understands collaboration and innovation are key success factors that can build strength and vitality in the credit union industry," said Judy Sandberg, NACUSO board member and senior vice president of Gateway Services Group, LLC. "We want to identify and recognize all examples of organizations that successfully used the collaborative model to advance the goals of our industry."
