FORUM CU Makes Training Magazine's Top 125 National Training Programs

INDIANAPOLIS -- For the second consecutive year, Training Magazine has named FORUM Credit Union one of the top 125 places in the nation for employer-sponsored workforce training and development.

INDIANAPOLIS — For the second consecutive year, Training Magazine has named FORUM Credit Union one of the top 125 places in the nation for employer-sponsored workforce training and development.

FORUM moved up eight places from its 115th position in 2007 to ranking 106th on the 2008 list.

The credit union was honored for such training programs as the "Branch Buddy" program that helps new employees transition from training to branch jobs; INSPIRE sales and service training; and LEAP leadership classes designed to help new leaders with soft-skill development.
