TUKWILLA, Wash.- -- Kerry Oldenburg was named president and chief operating officer of Prime Alliance, the mortgage solution CUSO used by more than 1,600 credit unions nationwide. Ms. Oldenburg was the former vice president of development and started in her new role this week.
"We are pleased Kerry has agreed to rejoin Prime Alliance at this important point in its evolution," said Joe Brancucci, chairman and CEO. "She was a founding staff member, one who helped conceptualize Prime Alliance. During her first tenure she guided the development of the company's technology, helping shape the platform that today enables a fully electronic, paperless mortgage lending process for credit unions of all sizes."
Also announced was the appointment of Shiela Finley as executive vice president of Prime Alliance Real Estate Services, L.L.C. Ms. Finley succeeds Carolyn Hultquist, who will retire at the end of March 2008. Finley assumes operational, sales and marketing responsibility for PARES this month.
"The (Prime Alliance) formula works, said Finley. "While the rest of the market is suffering the sub-prime doldrums, the Prime Alliance Family and its customers are setting new records. I am pleased to be joining this talented group of people, and looking forward to growing this key aspect of the business."
