CINCINNATI — Design/build firm DEI Incorporated has added Eric Corti as the executive vice president of construction and Jeannine Long as the vice president of human resources to further strengthen its management team and expand internal and external services.
In addition, Kristen Depoi has joined DEI as an executive assistant. Corti has 22 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held various titles such as construction manager, director of construction, regional director, to most recently the corporate account director for WD Partners, Inc., an architecture and engineering firm based out of Columbus, Ohio. Corti is empowered to incorporate new processes into DEI's construction division and expand services.
As the new vice president of human resources, Long was selected to streamline internal processes and provide excellent customer service to DEI's internal client — the employees. Long has an extensive background in human resources and the financial industry.

Depoi's many responsibilities include assisting with contracts, human resources, and various tasks as assigned by DEI executives.
