BUENA PARK, Calif. — Autoland, considered to be the nation's largest credit union auto buying service, recently announced California Agribusiness Credit Union's equity purchase of the company.
Autoland is the auto buying resource for hundreds of credit unions nationwide, most notably in California, Oregon, and Washington. It delivers in excess of 10,000 cars each year and provides resources to assist members in making educated auto buying decisions and financing their vehicles through their credit union.
Adam Denbo, CEO of $32 million California Agribusiness CU, will join Autoland's board of directors.
“When I heard that Autoland was becoming a CUSO, I knew that this was an excellent opportunity to ensure its continued success and service to credit unions of all sizes,” Denbo said.
One of the company's strategies is to eventually make Autoland a nationally-owned CUSO, according to Mark Chandler, president of Autoland.
