LAS VEGAS, Nev. — TFactor Inc. (www.tfactor.com) says two more credit unions are now using its KnowledgePortal360 enterprise training solution.
They are $825 million Orange County's Credit Union in Santa Ana, Calif., and
$315 million City & County Credit Union in St. Paul, Minn.
The solution accommodates Web-based and instructor-led training, as well as virtual classroom and survey tools aimed at helping credit unions train for member service and compliance in-house and across multiple locations.
