DURHAM, N.C. — The $55 million Latino Community Credit Union has joined the number of credit unions which offer their members online banking.

"With this service, available in English and Spanish, members will be able to manage their accounts and carry out many kinds of transactions from home," says ?ngel Romero, marketing director for the CU. "Members will no longer need to go to the branches, use the phone or go to an ATM. They will be able to do it all comfortably from their computers, from any place that has an Internet connection."

Latino has also built in additional abilities to the site, Romero reported.
