DALLAS — Two new product enhancements have been announced byGladiator Technology Group, a division of ProfitStars/Jack Henry& Associates that provides managed security services to morethan 500 financial institutions nationwide.

The first is Client Notes, an enhancement to the Customer Vaultsolution that lets financial institutions create an audit trailthat documents their organizational responses to high- andmedium-level security incidents as they occur and are detected byGladiator's 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.

The second is the so-called electronic information securityofficer. It allows ISOs at credit unions and banks to track theirreview of the daily security activity summary.
