VALLEY FORGE, Pa. — USERS Inc. has named two new vice presidents.
Doug Lachman is vice president of software services, quality and delivery management. His responsibility, the Fiserv core processing unit says, is to help USERS deliver high-quality software easy for credit unions to implement.
Lachman had been director of professional services, managing a team of quality assurance engineers, business analysts and project managers for document and business process specialist Epitome Systems and a department manager in architecture and implementation for MBNA Technology.

Carlene Szostak has been named vice president of marketing and client experience. Her responsibility will include helping USERS build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with its credit union clients.
Szostak had been assistant vice president/managing director of H&R Block Eastern Tax Services, helping the company achieve aggressive goals for client retention and growth in the Philadelphia/D.C. corridor, USERS says.
