OREM, Utah -- Family First Federal Credit Union has opened its Home and Business Loan Center as a means to improve the way the company serves its members by expanding and centralizing its home mortgage department along with business and commercial loan services.

The 6,000-square-foot facility will also hold a large training room that will be used for member, staff and community education classes and serve as a full-service branch for members in South Orem and Provo.

"This new facility will have a significant impact on our members as they will be able to obtain a variety of mortgage and commercial services in one location," said Dick Chappell, president/CEO of $165 million Family First. "The move also enables us to expand our set of services to small businesses and attract new members with this ideal location."
