Lumm retired from Addison Avenue earlier this year. In addition to serving as treasurer on the credit union's board of directors and chairman of Addison Avenue Financial Partners, he also served as chairman of Essex National Securities Inc, an investment broker/dealer purchased by Addison Avenue.
"One of the gaps I identified as a CEO is that there is no place, organization or school specifically addressing the deeper developmental needs of emerging credit union leaders," Lumm said. "With the partnership of Nice Enterprises, I can now address this critical development need, to help increase the effectiveness of credit union leadership."
