PORTLAND, Ore. — Postal Credit Union is the first to sign on with CU Business Group and Experion Systems to implement the Member Business Advisor, an online tool that allows credit union staff to ask the “correct” questions during an interview with their business members.

Introduced earlier this year, MBA facilitates the discussion that identifies the best package of loan, deposit and other products for business members, according to CU Business Group and Experion. The system features a “save-a-session” capability so staff or members can refer back to previous interview results, the ability to upload financial statements, tax returns, and other data for electronic transmission, along with the application and a built in “tickler” system that will e-mail follow-up reminders to staff.
