LANSING, Mich. — NuUnion Credit Union is trying to simplify and improve the real estate transaction process for its members.
The credit union has recently launched the CU Realty Services' Rebate Program, which is designed to save members money and time while eliminating many of the stumbling blocks sometimes associated with real estate transactions.
Members utilizing the rebate program can potentially save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars when they buy and/or sell a home using one of CU Realty's select real estate agents who share a portion of their commission with the member, in the form of a rebate.
