BOSTON — Mobile banking has been around for nearly 10 years and now commands a penetration rate of only one-third of 1% of U.S. banking users, according to Celent. But the Boston-based research and advisory firm expects that to change rapidly, and predicts that 30% of all online banking households will engage in mobile banking by the end of 2010.
