CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Credit union managers planning to fork out more cash for IP telephony tools are not alone. Forrester Research interviewed 516 landline voice decision-makers in North America and Europe and found more than half were planning to spend more this year than last, and most plan to have their migration to IP telephony or IP PBX systems completed in the next five years.
