HARRISBURG, Pa. — eCU Technologies will be providing its Episys Efficiency Studies service to three of its credit union clients, the tech CUSO of Pennsylvania Employees State Credit Union says.

Under the contract, the CUSO sends its Symitar Episys experts to the credit union to assess how the platform is being used and seek new efficiencies in areas such as OFAC reporting, loan re-works, CD rate issues, EFT setup and stop payments.

The three clients are $524 million Philadelphia FCU, $572 million School Employees Credit Union of Washington in Seattle, and $859 million Melrose CU in Briarwood, NY.

"There are so many credit unions out there that have been on the Symitar system for quite a while or even ones that are brand new to it that need this type of instruction to maximize their usage of the system."
