MECHANICSBURG, Pa. — Members 1st Federal Credit Union will be automating a number of paper-based functions with the Ultimus BPM suite, the company and credit union say.

The $1.3 billion CU will use the business process management solution to first automate key human resources processes and then move on to other parts of the organization.

Ultimus, based in Cary, N.C., provides BPM solutions to more than 1,600 customers worldwide, the company says, and has more than 2.2 million active end users.
