LOWELL, Mass. — Starting today, Mark Cochran will begin his newrole as president/CEO of Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union.

Cochran succeeds Paul Moyette, who has been with the $610million credit union since 1983 and plans to retire at the end ofyear. Moyette will assist Cochran with the transition, according tothe credit union.

Cochran recently served as executive vice president and chiefoperating officer of $1.4 billion Affinity Federal CreditUnion.

Founded in 1912, Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union serves more than46,000 members.
