INDIANAPOLIS — Drover Street Federal Credit Union will be converting to USERS Inc. core processing and online banking solutions in December.
The $71 million CU says it began its search for a new core system after its current provider was sold. According to NCUA, Drover Street FCU runs on a platform from reMember Data Solutions, an Indianapolis firm sold to Open Solutions Inc.
The 10,000-member credit union's online banking provider had been another Indianapolis company, ViFi, which was sold to Digital Insight.

"We were looking to form a long-term relationship with a technology partner. We believe that's the kind of relationship we'll have with USERS," says Ann Garmon, Drover Street FCU's CEO.
Her credit union will be an online core processing client, as are about half of the more than 300 credit unions running on the Fiserv unit's platforms. Drover Street FCU also will be using USERS' cross-selling software.
The credit union, which had formed to serve employees at local General Motors plants, also has become a community charter and is in the process of changing its name to Horizon One FCU, according to its Web site at www.droverst.org.
