LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Web conferencing has been added to the KnowledgePortal360 learning management system for credit unions, according to TFactor Inc.

The company says the Web conferencing feature uses Adobe Flash technology to allow instructors to teach live in virtual classrooms while easily integrating applications, video and audio between computer screens. The instruction can be further personalized with a camera and microphone setup.

The overall solution provides a cross-departmental tool for Web events such as product releases, member service training and sales presentations, TFactor says, as well as management and board meetings.
