SANTA ROSA, Calif. — Redwood Credit Union has re-elected three volunteer officials to its Board of Directors for the 2007-2010 term–incumbents Rod Dole, June Funk and Dave Imoto.
This year's officers are as follows: Rod Dole, chairman; Greg McGuirk, vice chair; Jim Olmsted, secretary; and Robert Steele treasurer.
Dole holds a Bachelor's Degree from CSU Hayward, and is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of United Way, Tomorrow's Leaders Today, and the Dean's Advisory Board at Sonoma State University. He has served RCU as a volunteer since 1978, and is auditor-controller/chief financial officer for the County of Sonoma.

Imoto has served as a volunteer of RCU since 1989, and is a retired Marketing Engineer for PG&E.. Imoto is a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College and UC Berkeley, and he is a Vietnam War veteran. Active in the community, he participates in Youth Business Week, Leadership Santa Rosa, and many other nonprofit and community events.
June Funk has been a volunteer of RCU since 1987, and is a retired employee of the County of Sonoma's District Attorney Family Support Division. Funk is involved with many community groups, including the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army, and she is the former vice president of Sonoma County's Medical Assistants' Association.
In addition, re-elected incumbents Martin Grove and Steve Sharpe have been appointed to the Supervisory Committee for a three-year term.
Lou Funk will serve as supervisory committee chair and Steve Sharpe as Secretary.
Grove has been a volunteer official with RCU since 2003, and is retired from State Compensation Insurance Fund. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Sonoma State University. He currently serves as Board President of the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County, and also serves on the board of directors for the Blood Bank of the Redwoods.
Sharpe has served on the RCU Supervisory Committee since 1992. He recently retired from the Sonoma County Administrator's Office, where he served as an administrative analyst. He has a Bachelor's Degree from UC Davis. Sharpe serves on the Board of Trustees for Bennett Valley Union School District, and is active in the Bennett Valley Vision community program.
Lou Funk has served on the RCU Supervisory Committee since 1978. Until retiring, he served as a hospital administrator for 25 years, including six years at Community Hospital in Santa Rosa. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and serves on the board of directors of several local organizations including the Salvation Army, the Area Agency on Aging, and the Elder Abuse Prevention Council.
