HONOLULU — Former NAFCU Secretary Dave Gilbert, chairman of Aberdeen Proving Ground Federal Credit Union, received not only a gold plate and certificate in recognition of his service to NAFCU, but also two standing ovations during NAFCU's Annual Business meeting. Gilbert reached the maximum three, three-year terms and was the only credit union volunteer serving on one of the national trade association boards.
