VIENNA, Va. -- Navy Federal Credit Union President/CEO Cutler Dawson recently made the opening remarks during an official opening ceremony at the credit union's new Roswell Branch.
"Our 40,000 Atlanta area members now have access to a Navy Federal branch and 'face-to-face' delivery of our products and services," said the over $29 billion dollar CU's CEO, adding, "All of the beautifully appointed branches boast state-of-the-art equipment, offer extended hours of operation and are staffed with employees that are dedicated and enthusiastic to serve our members."
Attendees of the ceremony included: Richard Dorfman, CEO of Federal Home Loan Bank; Mike Mercer, president of Georgia Credit Union League; and George Clarke, president of Associated Credit Union. The vice chairman of Navy Federal's board, COL Ken Burns, USMC (Ret.), and volunteer official CDR Rex Cobb, USN were also in attendance.
