ELGIN, Ill. — Lending Solutions Inc. is partnering with SilverCloud Knowledge Systems to add an online knowledge-management component to LSI's lending center services, the companies say.
The partnership will allow credit unions using LSI's call center services to offer online answers to questions through the SilverCloud software.
"With LSI answering incoming phone calls and the SilverCloud knowledge base handling online questions, credit union members receive consistent, accurate answers regardless of the channel," says Jeff Frantz, senior vice president at Elgin-based LSI (www.lendingsolutions.com), a provider of lending center services and consulting programs to more than 300 credit unions, banks and mortgage companies.
