HACKENSACK, N.J. — Green Armor Solutions is offering what it calls the first complete authentication platform for securing Web site access from mobile devices.
The provider of NCUA- and FFIEC-compliant authen-tication solutions to hundreds of credit unions calls its new product the Mobile Authentication Module for Identity Cues Two Factor.
The software works from the financial services provider side without requiring users to install any software on their devices, re-enroll or undergo extra steps while logging in.

Anti-phishing technology and human psychology is at the heart of the company's Identity Cues series of solutions. Green Armor says handheld devices such as iPhones, BlackBerrys and Treos typically don't have that protection built in, making users of their Web browsers more vulnerable to hackers eager to exploit that burgeoning new channel.
