LATHAM, N.Y. -- The New York Credit Union League has won three awards for its communication efforts.
The three Awards of Excellence came in the categories of Magazines and Journals; Marketing & Public Relations Campaigns; and Special Purpose Campaigns, Programs & Plans from the 19th Annual APEX Awards for Publication Excellence.
The first award for Magazine & Journal--print piece over 32 pages--recognized the league's quarterly four-color magazine, Connection. The publication is produced by the league's marketing and communications department.
The second award was for Covera Card Solution's ATM awareness campaign: At Home... Far Away... And Everywhere in Between. The campaign called attention to the availability of the CO-OP Network's 25,000-plus surcharge-free ATMs.
The New York Credit Union Foundation's Solutions to the Youth Financial Literacy Puzzle Campaign, won NYSCUL's final Apex award for 2007. The full-color piece was designed to resemble a small version
of a five-subject spiral-bound notebook.
