DALLAS — PAYjr, an online service that provides financial tools to help young people become more financially savvy, is letting teens make their mark on their prepaid Visa Buxx cards.

The PAYjr Visa Buxx Card is designed to provide teens with a level of independence while still giving parents supervision. In addition, the program does not charge NSF fees and will decline transactions if beyond the available prepaid balance.

Leveraging technology from Serverside Graphics, a London based company, teens can now upload, enlarge, rotate, move and flip their chosen photos inside the PAYjr Visa Buxx Card template, to get just the card they want.

PAYjr has also launched a card design competition, encouraging teenagers to show off their design skills in competition for a chance to win an Apple Macbook and the opportunity to earn royalties from their card designs.
