CINCINNATI — Design/build firm DEI Incorporated has recently promoted Southwest Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia Regional Manager Neil K. Kool to vice president of sales.
"Neil was the perfect choice for this position due to his extensive experience in the financial industry which allows him to understand the trends and nuances of the industry," said DEI President Ned Compton. "His experience and ambition will help DEI achieve our aggressive growth initiatives."
Kool has some 14 years in banking/financial services experience and held various positions at Fifth Third Bank and Park National Bank before joining DEI in 2006.

Kool's number one goal as the vice president of sales is to develop a strategic plan to meet the company's goals of tripling in size in five to seven years. He plans to do so by incorporating technology into the sales communication and tracking process while working closely with the sales team on incorporating the technology and establishing new processes.
"I am working with the marketing department to create a plan to ensure DEI's top ranking as the financial industry's design/build firm of choice," said Kool. "I plan on being the driving force behind our sales team, providing them the tools they'll need to meet our future goals."
