INDIANAPOLIS — fiVision has partnered with Integrated Media Management to offer seamless document presentment with data generated from member-relationship management software, the companies say.

fiVision is an Indianapolis-based provider of the memberWorks MRM and enrollment/account opening solutions for credit unions. IMM is a New Jersey-based provider of document management technology that includes its TotaleAtlas document presentment tools.

Under the arrangement, XML data from memberWORKS is merged with loan or other account documents and presented to the user by the TotaleAtlas software. All fields that were not populated from memberWORKS are then filled in and documents that require it can be signed digitally. Storage is by PDF and can be printed out any time a member wants a paper copy.
