MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — With the techno-age upon us, TopLine Federal Credit Union created a new position at its headquarters to handle all e-markets.

Sharon Pollock has been promoted to e-market manager for the CU.

In the newly defined role, Pollock will ensure that members who choose to contact the credit union through electronic channels, via the telephone, Internet and otherwise, receive the same personalized service delivered from the branch network. Pollock will directly oversee the credit union's member call centers as well.

A TopLine employee since 1994, Pollock previously held the position of training manager where she introduced the company's sales training and management coaching programs and facilitated the lending certification process. Prior to that she was a loan officer and call center representative.
