PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Four more financial institutions have committed to the knowledge-management system from SilverCloud Software.
They are $893 million State Department FCU in Alexandria, Va., $847 million HawaiiUSA FCU in Honolulu, $614 million Empower FCU in Syracuse, N.Y., and $488 million Putnam Savings Bank in Putnam, Conn., the company says.
SilverCloud (www.silvercloudsoftware.com), which was originally launched in cooperation with a group of about 20 credit unions, now provides knowledge-management software to more than 150 financial institutions, totaling more than $80 billion in assets and 8 million end users.
