WASHINGTON — The Federal Reserve Board issued an order of prohibition against former Primebank officer William R. Kahler.

Kahler was recently convicted for an offense that took place while he was employed at the Iowa-Nebraska State Bank, Sioux City, Iowa, an FDIC-insured bank. Primebank of LeMars, Iowa is a state member bank. Kahler, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the Order, based on his conviction for making false entries at the Sioux City bank to cover money he took from the bank.
