MAPLE GROVE, Minn. — The number one priority for credit unions should of course be the satisfaction of their members, but delivering top-notch customer service isn't always easy.
TopLine Federal Credit Union understands this and has decided to invest in training. The CU has hired Kathryn Biddle, a 10-year training and academic leader, as its new training manager.
Biddle will identify and deliver training programs to TopLine employees to help them deliver superior service to each and every member, every time.
