THORNDALE, Pa. — Credit unions are known for their marketing prowess, but public relations has always been a weakness.
Citadel Federal Credit Union is looking to buck that trend. The $1 billion credit union has hired seasoned public relations professional Kristianna Del Grande to manage the CU's public face.
Del Grande will lead Citadel's media relations' management; act as Citadel's spokesperson; manage the Citadel public relations strategy, planning, budgeting and execution; and ensure communication of strategic messages and a positive corporate image.
