WASHINGTON -- NAFCU Services Corporation and compensationconsulting firm Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates have recentlylaunched their first co-sponsored survey--the 2007 ExecutiveCompensation & Benefits Survey.

"The survey will provide invaluable benchmarking data to allowNAFCU members to assess how their executive compensation standswhen compared with their peers," said NAFCU Services PresidentDavid Frankil.

The survey asks NAFCU member credit unions for salary andbenefit information for top executive positions participating innon-qualified benefits plans. Independent research firm Clark &Chase Research Inc. developed and will administer the confidentialsurvey.

Individual responses will not be seen by anyone outside of Clark& Chase, and survey participants will receive a free copy ofthe final report.
