PASADENA, Calif. — Wescom Credit Union is helping its employees upgrade their professional wardrobe with a unique employee perk.
Since February, eligible Wescom employees have been provided an allowance to build and maintain clothing, shoes and accessories that comply with the credit union's dress code policy.
Prompted by an employee feedback from an internal survey, eligible Wescom employees receive a $300 Visa gift card to be used toward the purchase of new business clothes.
