VALLEY FORGE, Pa. — USERS Inc.'s annual User Group Meeting attracted about 200 credit union representatives to the annual gathering at the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia this year.
More than 20 educational sessions were offered on industry trends and technology updates, including member relationship management, multi-factor authentication and Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
The focus also was on USERS product updates such as online bill pay, data access and reporting and lending, as well as a separate session for online core processing clients.

The keynote speaker for the April 16-18 gathering was Wayne Burkan, a guest lecturer at leading universities and frequent media guest who spoke on "Mastering Change and Innovation–Breaking Mindsets and Creating New Possibilities."
The next USERS' client conference will be EdCon 2007 set for Sept. 24-27 in Indian Wells, Calif.
