CINCINNATI — NCUA Board Member Gigi Hyland was among the keynote speakers at the Ohio Credit Union League's recent annual meeting.
Hyland also brought her message promoting the benefits of member business lending. She met with officials on April 19 at AurGroup Financial Credit Union, where she commended the CU for its strong business lending program. Hyland also touted the aspects of the Small Business Administration's 7(a) loan program, which aims to allow CUs to reach out to more members with member business loans through federal loan guarantees.
In 2003, the Ohio CUs named in the photo, along with the Ohio CU League, formed Cooperative Business Solutions, LLC, which provides underwriting, processing and servicing of business loans.
