WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — PSCU Financial Services' acquisition of Digital Dialogue will position the CUSO to offer its member credit unions the opportunity to consolidate their different services such as debit processing, online banking and bill pay and loan origination within one call center.

"Right now your members face making multiple calls to address their needs," explained David Serlo, president of PSCU. "This change will allow you to offer them the ability to make only one call to get it done."

Serlo added that, with competitive pricing, he hoped that as PSCU member credit unions had their contracts with other venders come up for renewal they would consider the opportunity to bring their processes and products in house where PSCU call centers could better cross sell them.
