CINCINNATI, Ohio — After over 20 years DEI Incorporated President Richard Grow is stepping down and has named Executive Vice President of Sales Ned Compton the company's acting president as of April 1, 2007. Grow will assume the role of chairman. “I began DEI more than 20 years ago to provide an efficient and unique design and construction solution for the financial industry,” said Grow. “I feel DEI has proven themselves as an industry leader for its dedication to the financial field, ethical business practices and innovative design. Although I will remain strategically involved in the company, Ned has proven himself more than capable to handle the day-to-day operations.”

In Compton's address to the company he detailed his vision for the future to triple the size of the company in five to seven years.

“Richard's faith in me means a lot knowing that he built DEI from the ground up,” said Compton. “I plan to continue DEI's growth and take our business to the next level. Our recent branding campaign is only the beginning of the new DEI.”
