State Department Federal Credit Union, Alexandria, Va., has named Deborah I. Clark vice president of marketing; Taruna Bajaj creative brand manager; and Davis Marrow marketing manager. Service Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., has appointed Christie Whalen and Crystal Huffstickler to member service representatives; Sarah Walker to member service representative level III; Holly Judd to human resources coordinator; Stephanie Sawicki to member service representative I; Krystal Greene and Lisa Nunez to financial service representatives; and Jeremiah Brown to financial services supervisor.
