Family First Federal Credit Union, Rochester, N.Y., has named Ray Yorkey mortgage consultant. Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, Harrisburg, Pa., has elected Frank J. Breiner, George J. West, and Joseph Sassano to serve on its board. Scott Jordan, senior mortgage counselor at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Kingston, N.Y., was recognized as one of the "Top 40 under 40″ honorees in the second annual Dutchess County Shaker Awards Program.
