PITTSBURGH — PWCampbell has recently named Thomas O'Shaughnessy Project Manager. O'Shaughnessy comes to PWCampbell with more than 24 years experience in general and construction management with local companies such as PNC and Oxford Development.
He will be primarily responsible for overseeing projects during construction and through PWCampbell's quality assurance program.
