BATON ROUGE, La. — TraceSecurity is now offering its TraceTunnel data-encryption tool to credit unions running Symitar core platforms.
TraceTunnel transparently creates encrypted communication channels between desktop computers and servers, providing secure data transmission across networks, the company says.
With a base price point of $1,000 per host, TraceTunnel helps credit unions comply with encryption standards set by the NCUA and other regulators, according to TraceSecurity, a provider of on-demand security compliance management solutions to more than 500 organizations.

TraceTunnel for Symitar is engineered to be compatible with the popular core processor's platforms, the company says. It also is compatible with all network environments and supports all major OS platforms including Windows, AIX, multiple versions of Unix and Linux and Mac OSX, the company says.
