Kernersville, N.C. — Truliant Federal Credit Union has recently opened the doors to its latest state-of-the-art member financial center in Kernersville.

To help make sure even the youngest members feel at home in the new branch grand opening and ribbon cutting events included the celebration of Kid's Day complete with fresh baked cookies, Truliant piggy bank giveaways and a visit from the kids club mascot Top Dog.

With a focus on offering cutting-edge technology for member convenience the new facilty features VideoLink, a live video teleconference that allows members to quickly apply for and complete a loan at an interactive kiosk linked to a loan officer at Truliant's administrative facility in Winston-Salem. The branch also features plasma screens with a live feed of news, weather and cable programming that run continuously in the resource center and behind the teller lines. Truliant's specialty coffee bar provides a welcoming experience and allows members to enjoy a hot cup of coffee while reading the newspaper and other financial literature in the resource center. A 24-hour, no-surcharge ATM is located on-site where members can access account information, make deposits, withdrawals and transfers. There are also two convenient drive-thru lanes for those on the go.
