PORTLAND, Ore. — Advantis Credit Union plans to be the first credit union to interface the CRM platform from fiVISION with the XP2 core processing platform from XP Systems.
The $460 million CU plans to launch the first phase of the system–core service and sales modules–by May. Three more phases will follow, with completion set for September.
The CRM solution will allow the credit union's staff to quickly identify what products members are currently using and which best fit their needs, says Ron Barrick, the credit union's CEO.
