WATERBURY, Conn. — As school children were lining up to take buses home from Frisbie Elementary School in Wolcott, Waterbury CT Teachers Federal Credit Union's Vice President of Marketing Libby D'Orso was ready to begin the process of filming a new television commercial for the credit union.

D'Orso arrived at the school complete with staff from her advertising agency and production personnel, including camera, lighting and sound crews, production assistants, and a makeup artist, plus two professional actors, a school principal and eight teacher "extras."

D'Orso thought, what better way to promote the products and services of the credit union than to use actual members in the commercial? And the teachers were glad to oblige.
